An exciting opportunity has emerged with a high-growth data centres business entering an important phase of its growth journey.

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager who wants more than a traditional reporting role. This is an autonomous, newly created position where you will have the opportunity to build out the finance function, establish processes and controls, and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

n

This would suit someone currently working within a data centre, infrastructure, property, energy or similarly capital-intensive workplace who is ready for their next step, or someone from an adjacent industry who is looking for an opportunity to apply their skills in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a broad finance remit and become a key partner to the wider business.

You’ll be Responsible For n

n
- Building and developing the finance function as the business scales;
n
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling;
n
- Providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making;
n
- Managing financial reporting, month-end and management reporting;
n
- Supporting major capital projects and investment decisions;
n
- Developing robust financial controls, processes and systems;
n
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business;
n
- Working closely with senior leadership on business performance and growth; and
n
- Helping shape the finance infrastructure required for a rapidly scaling organisation.

You’ll Ideally Have nn
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent;
n
- Significant experience in a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager capacity;
n
- Experience within data centres, infrastructure, property, energy,



construction or another capital-intensive sector;
n
- Strong financial modelling and FP&A; capability;
n
- Experience operating autonomously and taking ownership of a broad remit;
n
- A genuine interest in building rather than inheriting a finance function;
n
- The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decisions; and
n
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to get into the detail when required.
