Based in our Robina office, we are offering a full-time permanent opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join our team. You will bring your experience to this role to ensure our staff continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes in the community.

n

The hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (76 hour fortnight). And the pay rate would be between $33.48 - $34.63/hr depending on your level of experience.

Selection criteria: n

n
- Scheduling experience, using an electronic data management system.
n
- Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing workplace
n
- Highly effective customer service skills
n
- A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft based products including Word and Excel as well as accurate alpha-numeric data entry
n
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups
n
- A friendly and flexible attitude with a distinct focus on customer service
n
- Dedication and commitment to error free administration, with unwavering attention-to-detail, even when tasks get routine
n
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make fast,



professional and effective decisions within the scope of the role
n
- Initiative and ability to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and management requirements
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n
- National Police Clearance
