YDC Torrington is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly, community-focused pharmacy.

Monday to Friday

n

8:30am - 1:30pm

n

About the role n

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be an key part of the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and the experience we provide to our customers.

n

Your role will include:

n

Providing friendly, helpful and professional customer service

n

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries

n

Supporting the dispensary and pharmacists

n

Serving customers and processing sales

n

Stock management, ordering and merchandising

n

Keeping the pharmacy clean, organised and welcoming

n

Building genuine relationships with our local community

About you n





We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant who:

Has a good understanding of pharmacy operations and dispensary workflow

n

Enjoys talking to people and providing genuine customer service

n

Is friendly, approachable and professional

n

Is reliable, organised and attentive to detail

n

Works well as part of a team

n

Shares our focus on providing quality products at affordable prices

n

We’re looking for someone who will become a familiar and trusted face for our customers - someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a community pharmacy.
