Job Description

UGL Transport in Broadmeadow, NSW, is seeking a Capability Manager - Structural to lead and develop the structural engineering capability across the business. You will manage deployment and workload of engineering resources and provide technical leadership on complex rail projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will shape strategy, mentor teams and ensure designs meet project requirements through robust analysis and stakeholder engagement.
