You are a Chartered Structural Engineer with strong timber engineering knowledge and experience, ready to step into a leadership role managing a team of engineers.

About you: n

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with current CPEng / Chartered status.

- Strong knowledge and experience in timber engineering.
n
- Proven ability to lead, manage and support a team of engineers.
n
- Confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals and internal teams.
n
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Working closely with internal teams to ensure quality outcomes for clients.
