The Opportunity n

We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join a high-performing team working exclusively with warm, inbound leads.

n

This is not a cold-calling role. All enquiries are generated through inbound customer contact and handled through a structured internal process. Customers are typically homeowners, renovators, or builders seeking custom wardrobe and storage solutions.

What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Attending pre-booked client appointments across Sydney (primarily Northern Beaches & North West, with growing Eastern Suburbs coverage and Inner West)
n
- Conducting in-home consultations with clients and builders
n




- Working closely with internal support teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
n
- Preparing and presenting joinery and storage proposals
n
- Meeting individual and team revenue targets (bonus structure in place)
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Background in cabinet making, joinery, or woodworking trade highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
n
- Confident, switched-on, and motivated to work in a sales environment
n
- Ability to understand technical joinery products and installations
n
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
n
