Retail Safari , part of Strikeforce , is looking for a Account Coordinator to join our program management team supporting Meta across Australia.
n
This is a full-time, field-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm , based in our Sydney CBD office, with hybrid working arrangements .

About the Position n
Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Meta field marketing program.
n
This is a varied, fast-moving role where you’ll work closely with our Management, Operations, Analytics and Training teams to keep campaigns, people, reporting and program deliverables running smoothly.
n
It would suit someone who enjoys bringing together people, information and processes, managing multiple priorities and making sure things happen on time and to a high standard.
You’ll be: n
n
- Coordinating day-to-day program activities, work schedules and rostering
n
- Maintaining asset registers, master lists and key program information
n
- Supporting tactical campaigns,
including POS distribution
n
- Coordinating recruitment and training processes
n
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities for field team members
n
- Helping coordinate small- and large-scale training events
n
- Preparing and distributing regular team reports, summaries and insights
n
- Supporting the Analytics team with ad hoc reporting requirements
n
- Communicating regularly with field managers and other key stakeholders
n
- Maintaining effective field communication channels
n
- Supporting internal and external meetings and presentations
n
- Managing competing priorities and providing general program administration as required
n

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, solving problems and keeping multiple moving parts on track.

- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative

- Able to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

- Confident working with data, reports and operational information

- A strong written and verbal communicator

- Motivated to achieve outcomes and contribute to a positive team environment

To be successful, you will need: nn
- Previous experience in an Account/Program Coordination, Client Services, Marketing Administration, or similar role
n
- Experience working with account management teams, clients and/or retailers
n
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
n
- Experience working with CRM or similar business systems
n
- The ability to analyse and interpret information and turn it into clear, useful reports
n
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and time-management skills
n
n
Experience within field marketing, retail, technology or consumer brands would be highly regarded.
