Job Description

Arnott's Group in the Virginia bakery is seeking a Machine Operator to run packing machinery, feed product on the line, and ensure safe, efficient, and quality production on a fast-paced FMCG line.

You should have previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a solid understanding of GMP/HACCP, plus 5S/Lean knowledge. The role requires explicit communication and teamwork, and you'll contribute to continuous improvement.
