About the Role n

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef to be a key support to our kitchen leadership and help create incredible dining experiences for our residents at Oxley Grove Care Community.

- Location: Oxley Grove Care Community

- Roster: 8 shifts per fortnight - 6am-2.30pm
n
- Remuneration: Hourly rate + penalty rates & superannuation

What You’ll Do nn
- Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
n




- Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
n
- Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
n
- Step up and lead sections of the kitchen, developing your supervisory skills.
n
- Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.
n

What You’ll Need nn
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
n
- Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
- A passion for food and a genuine desire to learn and take on more responsibility.
n
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
n
- Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
