Logistics and Inventory Coordinator (Part-time) Reporting to the Operations Manager ANZ, you will: n

- Assist the Operations Manager ANZ in executing supply chain strategies concerning demand and supply planning (MRP) in accordance with current or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
n
- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers including 3PL warehousing and logistics providers aligning with corporate objectives which drive operational excellence.
n
- Arrange and coordinate incoming shipments with supplier, freight forwarder and 3PL warehouses.
n
- Maintain and update the shipments tracking list.
n
- Administer and ensure the receipt of the goods are correctly processed in the system.
n
- Process inventory movements timely and prepare month end inventory reconciliations.
n
- Assist the Operations Manager ANZ with routine administerial duties.
n
- Process sales orders in the system, ensuring the orders are processed accurately and timely.
n




- Supporting the Customer Service Manager when required and carry out the role in accordance with the companies Service Standards with a view to providing first time resolution for all queries received.
n
- Handle Customer Calls as and when required.
n
- Providing accurate and timely feedback to key internal stakeholders. Creating a positive performance-driven culture by defining and monitoring critical KPIs for demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations.

For you to be successful in applying for the role you will need the following: nn
- A minimum of two years experience in supply chain co-ordination.
n
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft 2012 AX ERP
n
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft 2012 AX ERP system operations and navigation.
n
- Awareness of ERP systems, Data analysis and Proficient in Excel skill set
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Australian permanent resident status or citizenship required for this position.
n

Desirable attributes are: nn
- Experience in Import and Export processes
n
- Proven success in implementing process improvements and cost optimization strategies.
n
- The ability to work remotely and autonomously as well as within a team.
