Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and drive Skilled Services opportunities across ANZ, partnering with Sales, Services and Partners to deliver value from Sprinklr’s platform.

You will lead pre-sales, develop delivery proposals, define Statements of Work, and structure commercial offers, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and margin targets, reporting to the Director, Engagement Management APJ.
