Our Sydney Contact Centre is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic people to grow with it. Based at Eastern Creek, this is your chance to build a rewarding career with a supportive team behind you. If you love delivering great service, join us as a Contact Centre Consultant in a FULL-TIME role.

As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on 6 & 12 October (starting at 2:30PM, up to 1.5 hours)

n

Training & Availability
n To succeed in this role, you'll need full-time availability for your first 4 weeks of training :

n

n
- Weeks 1 - 2 (System & Product Training): 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
- Weeks 3 - 4 (Consolidation & Nesting Support): 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
n

n

After that, you'll move onto a roster that suits your preferences.

n

Successful candidates will also attend a 1hr pre-employment medical assessment on 14 or 21 October .

- Location: 1 Grevillea Street, Eastern Creek – industrial precinct (limited public transport in the area – you'll need your own transport )

About the role:

n

n
- The Sydney Contact Centre operates between 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday including public holidays except Christmas Day, with core hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm for this intake. As a full-time consultant, you’ll be rostered according to our business requirements across our operational hours on a preference-based roster. Rosters are released 6 weeks in advance. Ability to work some public holidays (but not all).

- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and recent customers.
n
- Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.
n
- Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
n
- Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
n
- Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Customer service experience from hospitality, healthcare, fitness, aged care, social work or office-based roles (call centre experience highly regarded).
n
- A passion for health, fitness, wellness or nutrition or just making a difference in people's lives.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- A warm, empathetic and patient approach.
n
- Confident using Microsoft Office and systems (CRM experience is a bonus).
n
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
