Job Description
QIX Consulting is seeking a senior Training Lead to drive the Learning & Capability workstream for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation in Brisbane. You will own the training strategy, plans, and execution across waves, ensuring workforce adoption of recent SAP processes and tools.

You will design role-based learning pathways, develop materials and digital assets, and lead end-user training, trainer networks, and success metrics using LMS reporting. 12-month contract, Brisbane-based.
