Bunnings is seeking two Department Managers to lead Service and Lifestyle teams at Greenacre, overseeing 20+ staff and daily operations in a high-volume retail setting. You will drive customer experience, training, and development while ensuring best-price merchandising and stock integrity.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage rosters, safety culture and KPI delivery, with weekend work and public holidays as required.
