About the role n

We’re currently looking for confident and driven Phone Sales Representatives to support a range of client campaigns.



Shifts may involve outbound and inbound calls, lead generation, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities n

- n

Making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads

n
- n

Handling inbound sales enquiries

n
- n

Explaining and promoting products or services clearly and confidently

n
- n

Working towards sales targets and conversion goals

n
- n

Upselling or cross-selling where appropriate

n
- n

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

n

About you nn
- n

A confident and professional phone manner with strong rapport-building skills

n
- n

Excellent written and verbal communication

n
- n

Previous experience working towards KPIs and performance targets (call volumes, conversions, SLAs, customer satisfaction)

n
- n

A proactive attitude and solid customer focus
