Life Without Barriers is expanding its Staying on Track youth justice program by adding four permanent full time Youth Advocate roles across Logan and the Gold Coast. The role focuses on mentoring, coaching and supporting young people aged 10–17 transitioning from detention back into families and communities.
Youth Advocates build trusted relationships, develop Individual Support Plans, provide outreach, and collaborate with families and stakeholders to reduce re-offending and promote education,
