Bennelong, nestled beneath the Sydney Opera House, is seeking a Demi Chef Pastry or Pastry CDP for its fine dining kitchen. Join a celebrated team led by Rob Cockerill and help showcase Australian produce and pastries in a high-volume, high-quality setting.

We require 12 months pastry experience, great attention to detail, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Australian working rights are essential; immediate start available.
