This role is ideally suited to a candidate with proven experience managing high-volume invoice processing. Conveniently located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, this position offers the opportunity to join a professional and welcoming team and make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities n

- Manage end-to-end accounts payable including processing invoices daily, verification and payments.
n




- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense claims.
n
- Review and reconcile supplier statements, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
n
- Maintain vendor relationships.
n
- Respond to supplier questions promptly and professionally.
n
- Assist with ad hoc duties.
n

Ideal candidate nn
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.

- Immediately available.
