Maintain the equipment register , including servicing, maintenance and condition

Track equipment inspections and significant renewal dates
n
Assist with compliance documentation and records
n
Maintain simple spreadsheets, registers and Word documents
n
Keep digital and paper records organised
n
Assist with job paperwork, checklists and team documentation
n
Monitor stock, equipment and consumables
n
Learn to Test & Tag electrical equipment & complete IAQ tests as required.
n
Support the Technical Cleaner / Supervisor with planning and organisation
n
Help identify problems before they become bigger problems
n
Assist with practical operational tasks when required
n
You don’t need advanced computer skills, but you should be comfortable with:
Microsoft 365 – Word/Excel/Outlook n
Learning new systems and processes
n
More importantly, you’ll be:
Highly organised and detail-focused n
Reliable and able to follow tasks through
n
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
n
Practical and willing to get involved
n
Team player and good communicator
