10-15 hrs/week | Sydney CBD | Hourly rate $50 + Super

We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Specialist to support a leading eCommerce brand throughout September.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Klaviyo inside out and can hit the ground running.

n

The role:

n

n
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo from supplied Figma creative
n
- Complete thorough pre-send QA including links, personalisation/merge tags, rendering and segmentation
n
- Work independently from creative and copy briefs, flagging any issues to the team
n
- Assist with flows/automations where required
n

About you:

n

n
- Strong, hands-on Klaviyo experience – you use the platform day-to-day
n
- Experienced building and deploying email campaigns
n
- Excellent attention to detail and solid QA skills
n
- Comfortable working independently and to deadlines
n
- Flow/automation experience is a bonus
n

10-15 hours per week throughout September 2026 | Start ASAP | Initially onsite in Sydney CBD, with remote flexibility once up to speed
