Content Writer | ICT Technical Documentation
n Develop high-quality ICT technical documentation across a major government technology environment, working with business, design, project and BAU teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Security Clearance Requirement: n

Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance

Essential Tasks: n

n
- Develop Business Requirements Specifications, High Level Designs, Detailed Designs and Test Plans.
n
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to produce implementation plans and test results.
n
- Create as-built documents, operations manuals, SOPs, lessons learned reports, training and user documentation.
n




- Maintain current ICT knowledge and contribute to improved technology practices and procedures.
n

Key Criteria: nn
- Demonstrated capability developing technical ICT documentation across the project lifecycle.
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, design, project and BAU teams.
n
- Current knowledge of information technology processes and technical practices.
n
- Strong capability in building professional relationships and supporting improved ICT practices.
