Regional Marketing & Sales Manager – International Education (Subcontinent) n

This is a hands-on role combining student recruitment, education agent engagement, business development and marketing. You will work closely with management to grow student enrolments, strengthen relationships with existing agents and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents and business partners

n

Regularly visit education agents to promote Strathfield College and its courses

n

Identify and approach new education agents and potential partners

n

Respond to student and agent enquiries and follow up consistently

n

Generate student leads and support their conversion into applications and enrolments

n

Promote upcoming intakes, new courses and special promotions

n

Arrange and attend agent meetings, presentations and promotional activities

n

Support and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase student enquiries and enrolments

n

Assist with social media content and digital marketing activities

n

Prepare course promotions, agent communications and marketing materials

n

Proactive and comfortable taking initiative

Confident communicating with education agents and prospective students

n

Comfortable visiting agents and developing new relationships

n

Sales and results focused, with strong follow-up skills

n





Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

n

A clear and professional communicator

n

Able to work independently while being part of a small team

n

Experience in student recruitment, international education, marketing, business development or sales is desirable

n

Experience within the Australian international education sector will be highly regarded

n

Comfortable using SMS & CRM systems

Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, business development or a similar sales or marketing role is preferred.

Experience in the Australian international education sector will be highly regarded.

- Strong skilled English communication skills are essential
n
- Fluency in any of Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, or Urdu will be highly regarded
n
- Strong communication skills with international students and education agents from diverse cultural backgrounds
