Job Description

Ingenia Holidays at Lake Conjola Holiday Park in NSW is seeking a Full time Guest Experience Supervisor. You will lead front office operations, supervise the team on shift, and ensure guests enjoy seamless check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, service-driven approach.

You will coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, drive sales and service standards, and maintain site presentation and safety. Hospitality experience and a customer-first mindset are essential.
