The Company

n My client is a leading food and beverage business looking for its next Automation Engineer. The exciting opportunity has become available to oversee and manage the Electrical & Automation projects within the manufacturing facility.

n This role is based in regional NSW and offers full relocation support.

The Role

n Reporting into the Project Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

n

n
1. Delivery of automation work packages across capital projects - typically involves the planning and coordination of defining scopes, objectives and deliverables
n
2. Capacity to complete the technical investigation on capital projects
n
3. Oversee process line equipment upgrade including electrical and automation equipment
n
4. Programming PLCs and Safety PLCs
n

Your Background n
n
nIn order to be successful in this role, you will have:n
n

n
1. Degree qualified
n




2. 5+ years of relevant industrial experience
n
3. Must have FMCG, pharmaceuticals or packaging experience or similar
n
4. Robust experience with SCADA or communication protocols – preference for experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
n
5. Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
n
