An national and well established civil contractor with a strong track record across major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their Adelaide team. With a healthy pipeline of work across Adelaide this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national contractor with a reputation for career progression.n
Key Responsibilities n

n
- Managing projects from commencement through to completion
n
- Overseeing project programmes, budgets and costs
n
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
n
- Contract administration and commercial management
n
- Leading project and site teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to programme
n

About You n

n
- Civil construction experience, ideally across subdivision projects
n
- A couple of years' experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager
n




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Good understanding of project financials and management of resources
n
- Relevant civil engineering or construction qualifications preferred
n
