Right at Home Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing community care team. This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a role where you can build genuine relationships with clients, work autonomously, and make a direct difference to their health, independence and quality of life.

Working 3–4 days per week , this part-time position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time as our services continue to grow.

nAbout the Role n
n

You will provide person-centred clinical care to clients in their own homes, supporting their health, independence and quality of life.

n
n

Key responsibilities include:

n
n

n
n
- Clinical assessments, reviews and care planning.
n
n
- Wound care and medication management.
n
n
- Monitoring and responding to changes in client health.
n
n
- Supporting clients with complex and chronic conditions.
n
n
- Liaising with GPs, allied health and other health professionals.
n
n
- Providing clinical guidance to Care Partners.
n
n
- Accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.
n
n




- Promoting secure, respectful and person-centred care.
n
n

n
nAbout You n
n

You are an experienced RN who is confident working independently in the community and passionate about aged care.

n
n

You will have:

n
n

n
n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
n
- Aged care, community or similar clinical experience.
n
n
- Strong assessment, communication and clinical documentation skills.
n
n
- Experience with wound care, dementia and chronic conditions.
n
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
n
- Current First Aid & CPR.
n
n
- Relevant Police Check and NDIS requirements, where applicable.
n
n
