Job Description

RSL LifeCare Merimbula is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our popular café within the Retirement Village. This permanent, full-time role focuses on hospitality, connection and a warm, welcoming experience for residents, families, staff and visitors.

You’ll manage daily operations, coach a small team, uphold food safety, drive café sales and coordinate village events, with salary packaging advantages and a supportive, purpose-driven workplace.
