nOur client, a well-established Victorian civil contractor with over 45 years' industry experience, is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of residential and industrial subdivision projects and medium-to-high density developments across Melbourne's South East growth corridor and Gippsland, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable, family-run business with genuine project longevity.n
Key Responsibilities n
n

n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of civil subdivision and medium density projects, from mobilisation through to completion
n
- Oversee project programming, budgets, cost control and subcontractor management
n
- Coordinate civil works including roadworks, kerbing and concrete paving, stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation, earthworks and underground power reticulation
n
- Liaise directly with clients, developers, engineers, authorities and internal site teams
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification and quality standards

- Manage variations, claims and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Support tender and pre-construction planning as required
n

About You n
n

n
- Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, ideally within subdivisional and/or medium density residential or industrial developments
n
- Strong understanding of civil construction disciplines - roadworks, drainage, earthworks, services
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
n
- Comfortable managing multiple projects/stages concurrently
n
- Victorian civil construction industry experience highly regarded
n
