Source Governance, part of HPX Group, seeks an Associate Company Secretary to join our rapidly expanding team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will support senior Secretaries in delivering governance and secretarial services to ASX listed and private entities, with a explicit path to acting as a Company Secretary.

This role demands accuracy, stakeholder management and a proactive mindset as you manage ASIC filings, CAS 360 records and board papers, while developing your own governance
