The Prospect

We’re seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our high-performing Rosebery Outlet store. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving results, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

n

You’ll lead from the front, energising your team through peak trade while elevating every touchpoint of the in-store journey.

n

Permanent full-time | Tuesday-Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

n

n
- Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a strong, positive store culture.
n
- Drive performance in a high-volume environment, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
n
- Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
n
- Ensure seamless stock flow from back-of-house to shopfloor
n
- Partner with VM to execute elevated,



on-brand visual merchandising and promotional setups
n
- Collaborate with regional & national leaders to tailor strategies that drive store performance and long-term growth.

- Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store

- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Passion for customer experience and clienteling
n
- A natural eye for styling and love of luxury products

- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management

- Energy, positivity, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
