About the role

Rectangle Sheetmetal is looking for a full-time Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Mount Waverley. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of high-quality sheet metal components and products essential to supporting our engineering and manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

- Technical Interpretation: Read design specifications to accurately construct sheet metal components and complex ductworks.
- Machinery & Tool Operation: Safely handle specialized industrial machinery and fabrication tools to cut, shape, bend, weld, and fit together various sheet metal parts.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver a superior standard of craftsmanship with a meticulous focus on detail, ensuring all completed fabrications meet strict quality control guidelines.

What we're looking for

Experience in sheet metal fabrication (0~1 year).





Highly skilled at interpreting technical drawings, and specifications.

Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Capable of driving results independently or collaborating effectively within a team setting.

Dependable, punctual, and consistently reliable.
