Summary:

We are seeking a professional Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at a premium shopping centre located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This temporary, casual role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless parking experience for our guests. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience in the hospitality and catering industry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
n
- Maintain a clean and organised parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked securely.
n
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
n
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any damage.
n
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while operating vehicles.
n
- Assist with any additional tasks as required by management to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
n
- A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
n
- A professional appearance and a friendly demeanour.
n
- Flexibility to work various shifts,



including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Casual (available for 38 hours per week)
