Your Prospect n

We're looking for caring and dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our Windsor Aged Care team. You'll work in a safe, welcoming environment where residents are supported to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections every day.

We have a casual role available, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights- perfect for those seeking variety, work-life balance, or a meaningful career in aged care. We have at least 48 hours per fortnight to give, with the potential for more.

What You’ll Bring n

We're seeking team members who are warm, professional,



and passionate about delivering exceptional care. Ideally, you'll have:

- Genuine empathy for older people and understanding of their needs
n
- Ability to provide high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or AIN equivalent) - essential
n
- Previous experience in residential aged care
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- Availability to work any shift
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, professional approach
n
