We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Wetherill Park team.

About the Role n

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, client account management, and workforce coordination. This is a rapid-paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
n
- Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts
n
- Source, recruit, and manage a reliable external casual workforce
n
- Maintain and update a diverse candidate database
n
- Undertake recruitment for both temporary and permanent placements
n




- Deliver exceptional service and results to clients and candidates alike
n
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks independently
n

About You n

We’re looking for a confident professional with a strong recruitment background and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll be a motivated self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a national team.

Working Hours: n

This is a full-time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm .
