Jodie AI is a UK company building an AI receptionist for busy businesses. Jodie answerscalls, captures the important details and helps owners get back to customers, even whenthey can't pick up themselves.

Help Australian business owners get more from Jodie, with outreach, onboarding and support shaped around their local working day.
What you'll own n
n
- Own a portfolio of business customers, with clear success plans, useful check-ins and an accurate renewal forecast.
n
- Use activation, call quality and product usage to spot risk early and agree a practical recovery plan.
n
- Grow accounts through the right locations, workflows and integrations, with a transparent business case for every recommendation.
n
- Bring recurring customer problems to product and engineering, and close the loop when they are solved.
n
What you'll bring nn
- Evidence of retaining and growing a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue customer portfolio.
n
- Confidence discussing commercial terms and explaining technical products in everyday language.
n
- Sound judgement with account data, CRM hygiene and forecasting.
n
- An ability to earn trust with busy business owners and follow through on difficult conversations.
n
Useful, but not essential n
Experience with small businesses, multi-location accounts, telephony or CRM integrations.

You don't need a particular degree or every nice-to-have. Show us the relevant workyou've done and how you think.
Your first 90 days n
A starting point we'll shape together, with clear priorities and support.
n

- By day 30: Learn the product,
listen to customer calls and map the health of your initial accounts.
n
- By day 60: Take ownership of account plans, renewals and the highest-priority customer risks.
n
- By day 90: Show progress on adoption and retention, with a credible expansion pipeline and a dependable forecast.
n
Where and when you'll work n
Full-time, 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Based in Australia, with customer coverage aligned to Sydney business hours, including daylight-saving changes. Your exact schedule is agreed before offer.

You'll need to be based in one of the listed countries. We'll confirm the employingarrangement, local benefits and any location restrictions with you before moving toan offer.

What you'll earn n
Annual base salary, before tax: AU$220k - AU$275k AUD
n
Total annual on-target earnings (base + commission)
n
Where you sit in the range reflects the scope you can own and the relevant skills youbring. We discuss this early, using the published band rather than your previous salary.
n
On-target earnings (OTE) are total earnings at 100% of target, not guaranteed pay. We explain targets, ramp-up, commission rates and payment timing before you acceptan offer.

All figures are in Australian dollars. Employer superannuation contributions arepaid in addition to the advertised salary.
