We are looking for an ambitious NSW Territory Manager - Infection Control to take ownership of a high-potential territory and drive continued growth across the medical, laboratory, CSSD, dental and podiatry sectors.

The Opportunity n
Reporting to the National Sales Manager , you will take responsibility for developing and growing your territory across both public and private healthcare markets.
n
You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including CSSD Managers, Nurse Managers, Dentists, Practice Managers, Procurement teams and C-Suite decision makers .
n
With strong existing brands and an established customer base, you’ll have a solid platform from which to grow the business, while still having significant scope to win new customers and expand existing accounts.
Key responsibilities n
n
- n
Develop sales across a portfolio of capital equipment and consumable products.
n
- n
Develop and execute targeted territory business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
n
- n
Build the company and its products’ presence across private and public hospital systems throughout NSW-ACT.
n
- n
Identify,
develop and convert new business opportunities.
n
- n
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
n
- n
Partner with customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that improve their practice or operations.
n
- n
Deliver product demonstrations, training and education to healthcare professionals and end users.
n
- n
Develop strategic customer call cycles to maximise territory coverage and sales growth.
n
- n
Coach and support end users to ensure confidence and effective use of products.
n
- n
Identify and recommend marketing initiatives, sales strategies and process improvements to management.
n
- n
Support the growth of the service division by identifying opportunities to include service contracts with capital equipment sales.
n
- n
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting and territory activity plans.
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys managing a territory, developing relationships and delivering measurable results.

You will bring:

- n
A proven track record in medical device or medical consumables sales – this is essential.
n
- n
Strong business acumen and demonstrated territory management experience.
n
- n
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
n
- n
Sound clinical aptitude and the ability to confidently engage with healthcare professionals.
n
- n
A strong customer-service mindset and genuine focus on delivering value to customers.
n
- n
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
n
- n
Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
n
- n
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word .
n
- n
Experience with MYOB, tender processes and sales forecasting/projections will be highly regarded.
n
- n
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel extensively throughout the NSW territory.
n
n
Experience in sterilisation, CSSD or medical capital equipment sales will be highly regarded.
n
