Job Description

QT Gold Coast, part of EVT Limited, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee banquet operations and lead a diverse team in delivering exceptional service.

You will manage event setup, coordinate with clients and chefs, and ensure health and safety standards are met while maintaining cost controls and rosters. A rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
