- Strongability to interpret legislation, rules,



and industry codes and identifyimplications

- Confidentin challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogical solutions

- Able toconnect dots across customer experience, risk, operations, and technology

- Highattention to detail without losing sight of broader strategic intent

Domain Knowledge Required nn
- Fraudand scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred)
