About the Role n
This is an opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and influencing business outcomes.
n
This role is responsible for delivering operational and management reporting, analysing business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives through robust data analysis and reporting.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Developing and maintaining business performance reporting and dashboards.
n
- Collecting, auditing, analysing, and interpreting large data sets from multiple systems.
n
- Providing insights, commentary, and recommendations on business performance trends.
n
- Supporting compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
n
- Developing and maintaining information systems and reporting processes.
n
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions.
n
- Responding to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests across the business.
n
- Using contemporary reporting and visualisation tools to communicate insights effectively.
n
About You n
We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. You can work independently, making recommendations, and communicating business insights with clarity.
n
You’ll bring:
n
n
- Significant experience (5 years plus) in a Business Analyst or related analytical role.
n
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
n
- Experience working with Oracle databases and advanced Excel.
n
- Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or similar platforms.
n
- Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving capability.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- The ability to translate data into business insights and practical recommendations.
n
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
