Job Description

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager for Sailmaker, our flagship dining venue. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide a large team, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced workplace.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager, train staff, ensure compliance with food and service standards, and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests in a premier Sydney hotel.
