Job Description
SWOT Fire continues to grow across Sydney and Newcastle, and we are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Field Supervisor to join our Passive Fire team. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role suited to someone who understands Passive Fire systems and can coordinate projects while line managing technicians on-site.
About the Role n
This position is primarily field based and combines supervision, coordination, and client liaison. You will manage Passive Fire jobs from start through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective delivery.

Reporting to the Passive Fire Operations Manager you will be well supported to undertake the following duties:
n

- Supervise field technicians and provide technical guidance
n
- Order and manage materials for projects
n
- Track project progress and manage timelines
n
- Liaise with key clients, builders, and facility managers
n
- Undertake quality audits to ensure professional standards are maintained
n
- Assist with identifying Fire Safety Measure defects and required rectification works
n
- Ensure works align with NCC requirements and tested systems
n
- Update service inspection registers with site information
n
n

- A current Driver's Licence.

- Police Check, Blue Card, White Card or ability to obtain.

- Strong hands-on Passive Fire experience and system knowledge
n
- Able to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities
n
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
n
- Extensive Passive Fire installation experienceStrong hands-on experience performing carpentry tasks.
