We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team. This role will support the Maintenance Manager and act as second-in-charge of the maintenance team , ensuring all equipment and machinery are maintained to a high standard.

This role will be based at our Maffra farm but will require occasional travel between our other farm locations.

nKey Responsibilities: n

- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
n
n
- Assist in leading and coordinating the maintenance team
n
n
- Maintain and repair farm machinery, equipment, and vehicles
n
n
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed
n
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
n
n
- Support the Maintenance Manager with planning and team supervision
n
n
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
n




n
- Ensure workshop safety and compliance standards are met
n
n

n
nTo be successful for this role you will have the following skills/experience: n
n

- Proven experience in a mechanical or workshop management role
n
n
- Strong leadership skills and ability to support/manage a team
n
n
- Experience with agricultural machinery (highly desirable)
n
n
- Solid problem-solving and organisational skills
n
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
n
- Willingness to travel between farm sites when required
n
n
