Flex Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory on an 8/6 FIFO roster. The role manages ~30 staff, ensuring quality service delivery and effective operations, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead analytical teams, apply XRF, ICP‑OES and ICP‑MS techniques, maintain the Quality Management System, and drive continuous improvement across processes and client communication.
