We're seeking a Configuration Analyst with strong ServiceNow CMDB experience to help shape and maintain a critical Configuration Management capability, balancing hands‑on administration with stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise , practical Configuration Management experience , and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities: n

- Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
n
- Perform hands‑on ServiceNow CMDB administration and updates.
n
- Drive Configuration Management process improvements and governance initiatives.
n
- Conduct data remediation and CMDB health improvement activities.
n
- Partner with CI owners and business stakeholders to establish ownership and accountability.
n
- Support governance, compliance, and Configuration Management best practices.
n
- Collaborate with teams involved in Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.
n
About You: n
You’ll bring a strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices, with experience maintaining accurate, trusted data in ServiceNow environments.
n
4 to 7 years of strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB .
n
Practical experience in Configuration Management and CMDB governance.
n
Experience improving data quality, remediation, and CMDB accuracy.
n
Solid understanding of Configuration Item (CI) management and ownership.
n
Ability to engage and influence technical and business stakeholders.
n
Hands‑on approach with the ability to perform CMDB updates directly within ServiceNow.
n
Understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles.
