Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter with strong knowledge of Japanese truck or commercial vehicle parts?

n

At MaxiPARTS, we’re Australia’s leading trailer parts supplier, and we’re looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter with Japanese parts experience to join our team at our Adelaide Branch .

n

If you have worked with Japanese truck or commercial vehicle brands and are confident identifying and sourcing the right parts for customers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

n

As a key member of our team, you’ll use your parts knowledge and interpreting experience to deliver outstanding service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch.

n

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Interpreting and identifying parts for Japanese trucks and commercial vehicles , including identifying the correct part based on vehicle make, model and specifications
n
- Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movement
n
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders with efficiency and accuracy
n
- Supporting regular stocktakes and handling returns in line with company policy
n
- Keeping customers and internal teams informed on product availability and delivery timelines
n
- Contributing to a team culture that values safety, collaboration, and customer-first thinking
n

- Previous experience working as a Parts Interpreter
n
- Experience interpreting Japanese truck, commercial vehicle or automotive parts
n
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
n
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
n
- A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
n
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
n
