nDial-An-Angel Perth is seeking a Childcare Supervisor to join our caring crèche team located in the Perth Central Business District (CBD) on a fixed-term contract, making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.n

nAbout the Rolen
nThis role is responsible for ensuring a safe, positive, and well-run crèche environment while supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and daily care needs.n
n
nKey Responsibilities:n
n- Supervise and care for children in a safe, engaging and supportive environmentn
n- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that support learning & developmentn
n- Assist with toileting and nappy changing as requiredn
n- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness, including sanitising toys and play areasn
n- Monitor behaviour and encourage positive social interactionsn
n- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s caren
n- Follow all relevant health, safety, and childcare guidelinesn
n- Provide guidance and support to childcare staff as requiredn
n
nRequirements:n




n- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior role within a childcare or similar care environmentn
n- Current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC)n
n- Current Police Clearance (assessed in line with role requirements for the duration of the fixed-term contract)n
n- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPRn
n- COVID-19 vaccination, where required by client sites or public health directions during the fixed-term engagementn
n- Sound understanding of child development and behaviour managementn
n- Warm, patient, reliable, and skilled approachn
n- Relevant childcare qualifications will be considered favourably for this fixed-term role.n
