Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join a well-established builder in NSW, delivering Class 1 Residential projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Sydney, NSW area. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role offers job security, with a company car and fuel card to reduce your work related expenses.

Coordinate and supervise the work of trades onsite, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards

n

Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays

n

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

n

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery

n





Provide on-site training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work workplace

n

Prepare daily reports, timesheets, and other documentation as required

What we're looking for n

Experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreperson, preferably in the Sydney, NSW area

n

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

n

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

n

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve project objectives

n

Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
