Job Description

AFCA is seeking a Change Manager within the Digital Experience Program to lead the change strategy across major digital initiatives, guiding customer, member and employee adoption as AFCA transforms how Australians access dispute resolution.

This is a 12-month, hybrid contract reporting to the Head of PCMO, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to realise measurable advantages in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
