What we pay

Minimum $47.29 per hour (Level 3 qualified, casual rate), which is $2/hr above the SCHADS Award

n
n

Penalty rates for weekends, evenings and public holidays

n
n

Annual bonus and referral bonus

n
n

Where you'll work

n
n

We service the whole Gold Coast, and you choose which suburbs you want to travel to.

n

What you'll do

n
n

Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and medication prompts

n
n

Social support: outings to the shops, bank, café or a walk

n
n

Transport: taking clients to medical appointments and respite

n
n

Domestic assistance:



light cleaning, laundry and meal preparation

n
n

Respite care: giving family carers a break

n
n

Watching for changes in client wellbeing, reporting them, and writing visit notes in our mobile app

n
n

What you'll need

n
n

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care

n
n

Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to get them before starting

n
n

National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check highly regarded)

n
n

Driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

n
n

Smartphone with internet access

n
n
