An American trading firm is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for their teams based in Hong Kong or Sydney.
Responsibilities n
Your work includes automation, instrumentation, optimization, incident response, and consultative support for other engineering teams.
Requirements n
n
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
n
- Solid background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
n
- Fully proficient in at least one modern structured programming language (Python preferred)
n
- Comfortable with a range of current software development tools and practices (testing, source control, build systems, CI/CD, etc.)
n
- SQL and database experience is a strong plus
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for solving problems
